If you want to become a td, you need to play atleast 20 tourneys, be kind and understand and host atleast 6-8
tourneys a week, but once inawhile maybe asked to host a couple more for special occasions.
IF YOU ARE A TD AND WANT TO MOVE UP IN OUR STAFF PLEASE READ:
If you want to become a head tournament director you must have host atleast 50 tournaments, be available
atleast 7 hours a week to help members, you must let us know the most hours you can be here to help host tourneys or
run someones in an emergency.
You maybe one of the htd's that would help train the new td's so u must understand how we train, we understand
everyone has their own way but u must stick to some of the rules of training someone!
You must be liked by atleast 70% of the league as you will be one the people that would help with problems and
help with questions that members ask.
atleast 90% of the administrations must get along with you, and you must be able to still understand that administration
are still the ones that make the final call on a problem or issue about the league.
These can change at any time, so please frequently come back and see of any changes.
We will have meeting through out the month, one meeting a month with administration only, one meeting with administration
and htd's, and one meeting with all staff of the league.
Remember we all apart of the league in some way including the members! We take in all suggestions and game ideas
from everyone including members! But remember to discuss with administration first before you host a brand new game or try
out a suggestion, so then atleast the administration know what is going on.
